During Section 6 of the Boys 4x400m Relay at the Proviso West Panther Relays, an athlete from Cicago Urban Prep fell during an exchange. An athlete from Minooka could not avoid him instead taking a hurdler's approach. A new event was created - The 4x4 People Chase. - February 14, 2015
